SUBSTANCE: device has decoding and information recording unit 1 whose first input is combined with input of signal number recording unit 2 and is connected to first output of demodulator 3 and to first inputs of delay element 4 and execution enable unit 5, second input is connected with output of clock-pulse generator 6 and first output, to first input of actuating elements unit 7 whose second input is connected with output of signal number recording unit 2. Second output of demodulator 3 is connected with input of generator 6. Second input of unit 5 is connected to output of delay element 4, and third input, to second input of delay element 4, output of series length check-up unit 8 and third input of unit 1, and fourth input is connected to output of parity protection unit 9. Output of unit 5 is connected to third input of unit 7 and output of delay element 10. First output of reset circuit 10 is connected to first input of unit 9 and second output is connected to fourth input of unit 1. Second and third outputs of unit 1 are connected, respectively, to first input of unit 8 and second input of unit 9. Second input of unit 8 is connected to last output of unit 1.
