Device has first and second formers of rectangular pulses, D flip-flop, first and second counters, RS flip-flop, actuating unit. It makes it possible to exclude false determination of sign of phase shift of two signals due to accumulation of N-1 quantities of erroneous results without switching over of device and provides for reset of erroneous results when first correct result is obtained.
