FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to blocking absorbing strata upon killing wells when completing them or under overhaul repair. Composition contains structure-forming components, filterability- reducing components, and water to yield high-molecular, temperature- resistant aqueous solutions of ammonia-phosphatide salts exhibiting properties of both structure-forming agents and filterability-reducing agents. Composition is prepared by mixing temperature-unstable high- concentration ammonia solution and hydrated solution of phosphatide concentrate originated from vegetable oil refinement from phosphatides. The thus obtained temperature-resistant solutions are ranged from gel-like materials with conditional viscosity up to "does not flow" to low-viscosity ones with conditional viscosity up to 18 sP with retaining minimum water loss from 0 to 4 cu.cm for 30 min and high blocking capability ensuring blocking absorbing strata, completing, and killing wells.
