FIELD: compositions for killing of gas and gas-condensate wells with formation pressure below hydrostatic one. SUBSTANCE: emulsion includes hydrocarbon fluid in the form of gas condensate emulsifier in the form of condensed spent sulfite-alcohol liquor, calcium chloride, chemically depositioned chalk and water, and additional soda ash and carbamide with the following ratio of components, wt.%: gas condensate, 28-35; condensed spent sulfite-alcohol liquor, 7-12; calcium chloride, 18-24; soda ash, 1-3; carbamide, 0.5-1.5; chemically depositioned chalk, 1-3; water, the balance. EFFECT: replacement of expensive and harmful component and chemically depositioned chalk with preserved natural permeability of formation due to improved rheological properties of emulsion. 3 tbl, 2 ex
