Phenomenon of structural resistance force increase is achieved with enhancing value of deformation of building components with retention of pivot characteristics and dampening of resonance oscillations from external load. These properties are obtained due to the fact that flexible member is located in corner joint of structural building components and is fastened to adjacent surfaces.
