FIELD: rescue operations. SUBSTANCE: rope is secured beyond obstruction fragment to be removed. Ends of rope are arranged at different height. One of ends is secured for rope tightening. Then rope is slackened till its sagging to obstruction fragment. Moving element of rope is coupled to obstruction fragment binding, and rope is pulled up till fragment is hoisted. Moving element of rope is displaced till fragment is removed beyond its area. Then rope is slackened till its sags and contacts supporting area. Moving element of rope is uncoupled and brought to obstruction zone over stretched rope. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
