Reagent improves inhibiting characteristics of relevant compounds, widens range of their application and production cost. Reagent contains hydrocarbon fraction of 130-220 C and is created in the form of distillate from polymerization product at producing of petroleumpolymeric resins by method of thermopolarization of liquid products of pyrolysis of hydrocarbon raw material, and still residues from fractional distillation of liquid products of pyrolysis at initial boiling temperature above 220 C, or oxidized bitumen, or used engine oil.
