FIELD: gas analysis; measuring technology. SUBSTANCE: device has solid electrolyte and electrodes connected to signal removing leads. Solid electrolyte is oxide film made of material of which first electrode is manufactured. First electrode is made as metal matrix and positioned inside oxide film. First signal removing lead is connected to metal matrix at point of metal separation from oxide. Second electrode is placed on oxide film surface and is made as electric conducting layer permeable for oxygen. Device is manufactured as follows. After solid electrolyte is obtained, electrodes are formed, and signal removing leads are connected to them. To obtain solid electrolyte, first electrode is made as metal matrix. Then it is heated in oxidizing medium and kept in it till oxide film is formed on its surface. Second electrode is secured on oxide film. EFFECT: higher efficiency of measurements. 3 cl, 3 dwg
