SUBSTANCE: photodetector has shift register 1, register storage 2, analog- to-digital converter 3, digital-to-analog converter 4, shift pulse generator 5, low-pass filter 6, control unit 7, videoamplifier 8, high-frequency single-clock converter 9, photoelectron converter 10. Output of photodetector is analog output of videoamplifier 8. Adjustment of sensitivity mode with allowance for coefficient of change within wide range is carried out by change of voltage in diode system. Photodetector is controlled by computer. High speed response is achieved thanks to small time constant of high-frequency single-clock converter. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of photoelectron devices used in systems recording optical signals changing in wide illumination and contrast range in fast-going processes. 1 cl, 5 dwg
