FIELD: electrical engineering; power transmission over long and superlong distances. SUBSTANCE: device has two working sections built up of electrodes and dielectrics which are placed in common shield made of polythene of the material. Electrodes are made of electric aluminium foil and separated by dielectric having highest dielectric constant. Sections are separated by partition made of pressboard. Dielectrics, electrodes, partitions are tightly fitted to each other. Shield has thimbles to attach device to supporting structures. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
