FIELD: heat and power engineering; chemical industry; mining; metallurgy industry; devices for electromagnetic treatment of liquids.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the devices for electromagnetic treatment of liquids and may be used in heat and power engineering, chemical industry, mining, metallurgy industry, in particular, to the device for electromagnetic treatment of liquids. The device contains the mounted in the body stator with the magnetizing winding, the rotor-core with the grooves and the toothing on the side surface, which is concentrically mounted inside of the stator and the tank, and also electrodes. The electrodes are connected to the independent source of the alternating or direct current. One of the electrodes is made in the form of a thin-wall metal pipe, which is mounted inside the stator and electrically insulated from it. Other electrode is made in the form of the uninsulated from the processed liquid metallic conductors, which are arranged in the grooves of the rotor and are connected among themselves on the one side by the metal ring. The technical result of the invention is reduction of the electric resistance between the electrodes and increase of effectiveness of the liquid treatment.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the electric resistance between the electrodes and increase of effectiveness of the liquid treatment.
