SUBSTANCE: electroacoustic converter includes body, cover with acoustic holes, electromechanical element, sound-emitting membrane coupled to electromechanical element, damper located between cover and sound- emitting membrane contacting them and made from elastic material as one unit together with elastic bearing ring. Edge of sound-emitting membrane is positioned inside elastic bearing ring, damper has holes located over circumference of unit zone of vibrations of sound-emitting membrane.
