FIELD: medicine; operative gynecology; surgical treatment of uterine myoma, internal endometriosis, recidivating hyperplastic process in endometrium and combined pathologies in endo- and myometrium. SUBSTANCE: round ligaments of uterus, intrinsic ligaments of ovaries and proximal ends of uterine tubes are coagulated and intersected laparoscopically, followed by opening up vesicouterine fold and by separating urinary bladder from uterus. Next corpus uteri is mobilized, uterine vessels are dissected and corpus uteri is excised and removed. Before excising corpus uteri, nylon loop is applied onto cervix uteri below level of orificium internum uteri, followed by tightening loop as much as possible. Corpus uteri is removed through posterior colpotomic aperture. EFFECT: new approach to operative gynecology.
