FIELD: medicine, gynecology. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with operative treatment of urogenital tumors in women. One should perform uterine extirpation and supravaginal uterine amputation. The stumps of round uterine ligaments are tightened up by ligatures. Own ovarian ligaments are sutured to the bottom of round uterine ligaments. Free ends of round uterine ligaments are embedded into peritonization line. The method enables to fix ovaries by imitating its natural position.
