FIELD: medicine, may be used as prophylactic material in cardiovascular surgery, traumatology, sportive medicine. SUBSTANCE: elastic bandage has elastomeric thread, core thread and cotton or polyester filling thread. Elastomeric thread is made from segmented polyurethane, core thread is made from polyester filament. Core threads form parallel loop columns. Elastomeric threads are inserted into loop columns. Filling threads for connecting stitch columns are fastened in stitches of core threads and cover elastomeric threads at both sides. Filling threads intersect with stitch columns in direction transverse to bandage width or connect adjacent stitch columns and are alternatively fastened on them.
