SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to dressing means in the form of medical tape bandages intended for treating wounds, burns, frostbite, etc. Perforated roller bandage is made in the form of a tape from a warp knitted fabric, which contains a closed chain on the basis of the stitching stitches, and by a weft – a system of threads forming the side and back sides of the bandage. Web has sections with weft threads passed in the loop rows, at the place of which holes are formed, the minimum width of each of which is equal to the distance between the stitches. According to the second version of the bandage, a medicinal and/or homeopathic remedy and/or a biologically active additive and/or a substance with a repellent and/or insecticidal action are applied on its front and/or on its side.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is aimed at increasing strength and elasticity of the bandage, as well as its air permeability, and in an advantageous version on providing antibacterial and medical properties of the bandage, as well as protection against ticks and blood-sucking insects.
