FIELD: medicine, pediatrics, juvenile rehabilitation. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with an impact upon respiratory tract with a dry sodium chloride aerosol under halochamber conditions. An impact is conducted at sodium chloride aerosol concentration of 0.05-0.09 mg/m3 and particles size of predominating fraction of dispersed phase to be 0.1-6.0 mcm. It is necessary to conduct 5-7 adaptation seances by increasing an exposure time from 5 to 15-20 minutes that is 5 minutes more once for two days. Total course duration is 18-20 seances. EFFECT: decreased sickness rate by 2,5 times that is more pronounced in children aged 3 years and older, the absence of obstructive syndrome at acute respiratory diseases. 1 tbl
