SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pediatrics and pulmonology, and can be used for the treatment of bronchopulmonary forms of chlamydial infection in children. For this purpose, in the early recovery period of the disease associated with antibiotic therapy, physiotherapy is conducted. Halotherapy is conducted by applying particles of dry salt aerosol with concentration of 2–4 mg/m³. Simultaneously with halotherapy, conducting aeroionotherapy with aero ions of negative polarity for 10–15 minutes is needed. Mentioned combined procedures are performed daily for at least 2 weeks. After each physiotherapeutic procedure, breath-holding tests during aspiration and expiration are conducted. With an increase in the breath-holding test during aspiration by 20–35 % and the breath-holding test during expiration by 15–25 %, the duration of subsequent procedures is increased by 10 %. With an increase in the parameters of the breath-holding test during aspiration by more than 35 % and the breath-holding test during expiration by more than 25 %, the duration of the procedures is increased by 30 %.

EFFECT: method provides for the individualization of complex pathogenetic therapy, the achievement of optimal therapeutic effect and clinical remission of the disease in a shorter time, prevention of recurrence of the disease and the formation of complications due to increased anti-inflammatory effect of therapy, accelerated resorption of infiltrates, stimulation of regeneration processes in the bronchopulmonary system, normalization of pulmonary hemodynamics and leukocyte blood counts and immunity, stabilization of the vegetative neurological component while simplifying the method of treatment and reducing the therapeutic load on the child.
