FIELD: medicine, pulmonology, immunology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with venipuncture to exfuse the blood into a reservoir where citrate solution is available. After centrifuging the upper plasma layer together with the larger part of citrate solution is poured out, the rest erythrocytic mass is diluted with physiological solution to be then infused intravenously for the patient. Such a procedure is repeated for several times. The last portion of erythrocytar mass of 120-180 ml volume dissolved in physiological solution of 100-150 ml volume should be irradiated with He-Ne laser at 0.63 mcm. The rate of the last drop infusion is 0.2-0.4 ml per a second. EFFECT: higher therapeutic efficiency in treating pulmonary and pleural diseases along pronounced intoxication and immune conflicts. 2 tbl
