FIELD: medicine; cardiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus consists of catheter and obturator. Catheter is made in form of four-lumen tube made of polymer presenting contrast to X-rays. Proximal part of tube to one fourth of its length is made two- lumen one. Catheter is provided with flexible wire manipulator made in form of loop enveloping tube, ends of which are passed through two lumens in distal part of catheter. obturator is formed as cylindrical bottle made of polymer material and having outer felt coatings, obturator being secured along its central axis to proximal part of catheter. Above-described apparatus is turned out in several alternative versions thereof. EFFECT: useful invention for cardiosurgery. 2 cl, 3 dwg
