FIELD: medicine, cardiology, cardiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: the cusps of atrioventricular valve are resected, pulmonary artery is crossed up, V-shaped valve-containing conduit is introduced via venous atrioventricular opening into the main ventricular cavity followed by its fixation to ventricular top, then conduit valve is implanted above coronary sinus and distal end of conduit is fastened to pulmonary artery. EFFECT: higher efficiency in separating venous and arterial blood flows. 1 tbl
