FIELD: medicine; cardiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: patient's aneurysmal sac is opened, conduit tube is implanted thereinto, followed by suturing aneurysmal sac above conduit tube. Latter is tailored out of xenopericardial plate in course of operation by first practising anastomoses with coronary arteries ostia, followed by implanting aorta valve prosthesis. Next surgeon must first make sutures through pericardium wall, then through fibrous ring and valve and prosthesis collar. Finally distal segment is sutured to match dimensions of aorta's distal segment and excess tissue of pericardial plate is dissected. EFFECT: efficient surgical approach is recommended. 6 dwg
