SUBSTANCE: headers are located outside the tower, or at least two headers are located on the same side of tower. Both headers on the same side may be displaced in vertical direction relative to each other. Each header 3 in device is adjacent to tower from outside. Device has pump unit for supply to each header of liquid adsorbent. Each header and its respective supplying pipelines are decreasing in diameter along their entire length.
