SUBSTANCE: solution consists of solvent including ammonium carbonate, hydrogen peroxide and chelating agent taken from group of carboxylic acids at definite ratio; solution has pH of 9 to 9.5 and it additionally contains foam agent. method of cleaning object consists in mixing the solution causing its foaming in reservoir located on the outside of contaminated unit and connected with it in liquid line; foamed solution is fed by means of air or inert gas to all cavities of contaminated unit, thus making the foam of solution condense continuously wetting the surfaces being treated.
