FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has cathode connected to source of technological electric voltage, bath for electrolyte. Device is provided with power drive for moving electrode which is assembled of three rod electrodes isolated from each other. Each of them is connected to source of technological voltage which is of multiloop type and is intended for maintaining corresponding voltage at each of componential electrodes which is needed for formation on surface being treated of picture elements of required color and intensity. Dimensions of working end of each electrode do not exceed dimensions of element of picture being created. EFFECT: high efficiency. 3 dwg
