FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to machines for woodworking industry. Machine and its head ensure more accuracy, rigidity and productivity at processing of wood logs after which it is made ready for assembling at one setting of blank. Machine has base frame with longitudinal guide members, stocks with stops for fixing and clamping of blank, and also cradles with receiving rollers for feeding blanks to axis of machine and removing ready article. Located in guide members is carriage with its moving drive unit, which carries main head with tool rotation drive unit for embracing milling. Also provided are additional heads. Installed in body of each head is spindle with cutting tool and tool rotation drive unit. Some of heads are located on carriage. Other heads are located on base frame. One of additional heads of carriage is installed for possible movement in vertical plane, and other is installed for moving in horizontal plane. Introduced in machine are templates which are secured on base frame with possible replacement along it. Installed on carriage are detent, removable rest bush with hole. Diameter of this hole corresponds to diameter of article for which machine is preset. Side hole in rest bush is intended for passing cutting tool. Also provided are two pushers with rollers on their ends. Additional head mounted on carriage with possible displacement in vertical plane is made in the form of turning lever shaped as adjustable in length fork installed in head body coaxially to tool rotation drive unit. Fork is connected with spindle of given head and with one of two pushers which is adjustable in length and connected through detent with other pusher.
