FIELD: wood-working machine-tool manufacture. SUBSTANCE: machine tool has bed-plate 1, first drive 2 with a pair of disk saws 3 mounted on regulated distance from each other, vertical guideways 4, second drive 5 for displacement of carriage 6 with third drive along them. In the first variant of machine tool technical effect is achieved due to introduction into the machine tool of disk saws 8 of second pair mechanically connected with drive and mounted in one vertical plane for shifting in opposite sides relative to vertical plane passing through axis of processed log. According to the second variant the machine tool is supplemented by fourth drive with boring head whose axis of rotation passes vertically in the plane of saws 8.
