FIELD: draining liquids from aircraft; fire fighting. SUBSTANCE: device includes tanks, swivel elbow and rectilinear branch pipe. Device is provided with transition compartment arranged between load-bearing transverse members of flying vehicle; inner passage cross-section of compartment smoothly changes from round to rectangular. Swivel elbow is provided with straightening members mounted inside it. Winged surfaces secured on outer surface of rectilinear branch pipe symmetrically relative to vertical plane of symmetry are located at positive angle of attack relative to incoming air flow.
