SUBSTANCE: liquid is drained from flying vehicle in parallel with incoming flow to side opposite to direction of flight; liquid is drained through swivel elbow having rectilinear outlet section; method includes also creation of increased pressure of air in proximity of outlet branch pipe shear; pressure rises with removal of boundary of liquid from axis of jet and air flow incoming on frontal surface of jet is deflected downward.
