FIELD: production of organoinorganic composite materials. SUBSTANCE: superbranched alkyl silicates (polyalkoxysiloxanes) having dendrite structure are prepared by polycondensation of alkoxy-derivative of silicium compound. Said compound is chosen of group which comprises (A) being product of interaction of compound with common formula [( K )NaO]_nSi( OR )_m where R is alkyl C_I - C₄, n= 0.8-1.8, n+m=4 and organic acid having common formula R′ COOH where R′ is H, alkyl C_I - C_IO,; said interaction is carried out in the presence of nitrogen-containing catalyst in the medium of organic solvent; and (B) being product of interaction of compound with common formula Si( OR )₄ where R is mentioned above, with anhydride of acetic acid or with anhydride of trihalogenacetic acid; said interaction is carried out at 20-150 C, molar ratio of reagent is 1:0.8-1:2 respectively.
