DRILLING RIG Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: this drilling rig can be used for drilling bore-holes from underground chamber along side wall of underground working, also in driving tunnels in heavy hydrogeological conditions, and also when sections of watered unstable rocks require arrangement of freezing columns for creation of temporary ice-rock guarding. Drilling rig has mobile platform which carries supporting units, manipulator with movable boom and hinged units, and also lifting pad, frame 1, drilling machine, hydraulic station 8 with hydraulic drive, control panel, pump for delivery of flushing agent. Drilling rig is provided with C-shaped supports provided with additional hydraulic cylinders interacting with drilling machine. Supports allow for drilling machine to be displaced over periphery of drilling chamber and they permit drilling along side wall of drilling chamber with subsequent installation of freezing columns in them. To reduce longitudinal dimensions of drilling rig in installing freezing columns in tight conditions of drilling chamber, rig is provided with circular adapter. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 cl, 6 dwg
