FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this relates to completion of wells during their construction or restoring of inoperative wells when driving second holes. Device has body with radial passage with non-return valve installed in it, sealing member, adapter with radial passages and axial passage, non-return check valve installed in axial passage. Mounted on outer surface of adapter is pipe union which is held by means of cams located in radial passages of adapter and in grooves in inner surface of pipe union. Pipe union is connected with body. Installed on inner surface of adapter on shear pins is bush-seat, and on its outer surface it has circular groove for interaction with cams.
