FIELD: transport mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: planet gear box has housing, input and output shafts, five planet rows, five controllable brakes, and two clutches. The carriers of two first rows are interconnected. The output shaft is connected with the solar gear of the second row and, through one of the clutches, with the epicycle of the first row which is connected with one of the brakes. The solar gear of the first row is connected with the second brake and solar gear of the third row. The carrier of the third row is connected with the carrier of the fourth row and with the third brake. The epicycle of the fourth row is connected with the carrier of the fifth row and with the fourth brake. The solar gear of the fifth row is connected with the fifth brake. The output shaft is connected with the epicycles of the second, third and fifth rows, with solar gear of the fourth row and, through the second clutch, with the solar gear of the first row.
