FIELD: angiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: blood vessels to be sutured are catheterized and vessel to be sewed in is transected. Thereafter, clamp is parentally applied onto major vessel, its wall is dissected, vessels to be sutured are catheterized, one end of catheter being inserted into the vessel to be sewed and the other being drawn through major vessel into one of its collaterals, while wall of major vessel is pressed to catheter with clamp. Finally, vascular seams are applied. The clamp involved consists of hinge-joined branches with bent working liplike parts linked together in a plane, handles, and cremailleres. On working surface of liplike parts, there are recessions with scratches forming, when linked together, circular opening with rounded radius in transition regions. Opening diameter equals corresponding outer diameter of catheter. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 2 cl, 2 dwg
