FIELD: therapeutic facilities for curing head hair skin region without usage of medication drugs. SUBSTANCE: comb has body with hollow teeth and handle with cavity for receiving power source. Comb is further provided with semiconducting optical quantum generator and light guides. One end of each light guide is positioned in comb tooth cavity and other end is connected with output mirror of quantum generator. Permanent magnets are positioned in teeth, one magnet in each tooth. Each magnet embraces end of optical light guide. Joint action of light energy of laser radiation and magnetic field improves head blood supply due to admission of nutrient substances to promote hair growth.
