FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: device is essentially binocular frame shaped as hollow truncated ellipsoids coupled by flexible jumper. Ellipsoid hollow accommodates magnetic core with winding under which light guide in the form of disc is positioned. Semiconductor lasers with sources of incoherent radiation are secured over circumference of disc. Main laser is arranged in seat on ellipsoid axle.
