FIELD: the invention refers to medicine and may be used in cosmetic and dermatological rooms.
SUBSTANCE: the arrangement is fulfilled in the shape of a massage brush which has a hollow body with a handle. Inside the hull there is a power source and a board with a matrix of light-emitting diodes. In the transversal rows of the matrix there are light-emitting diodes of different waves of light radiation(430 nm, 565 nm,585 nm, 660 nm, 940 nm) and a control scheme. In the brush body there is a removable panel with rows of hollow openings coincident with topography of location on the board of light-emitting diodes. Cogs presenting intervals of clad light guides are set in some rows of openings. Butt-ends surfaces of the ends of the cogs-light-guides are combined with lenses of the light-emitting diodes of the matrix. In the openings of the neighboring rows there are light-emitting diodes which are not coincident with the cogs.
EFFECT: increases effectiveness of curing of diseases of fibrous part of the head at the expense of polyfactorial light stimulation of the main structural elements of hair and the skin of the head and also reduces negative influence of chemical curling, coloration and thermal hair injuries.
