FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: applicator has collector including channels for delivery of medicinal substance and dielectric liquid, respectively, provided with catheters-conductors for connection of electrodes to power supply sources. Device has also auxiliary electrodes inoperative surfaces of which along with flexible membranes form reservoirs for medicinal solution coupled to collector channels. Main electrodes separated by means of dielectric gaskets from flexible membranes forming the reservoirs for dielectric liquid are communicated with collector channels. Main and auxiliary electrodes are made as segments of geometrical surface of second order. Electrodes are of polar-symmetrical arrangement relative to center of spacer. Reservoirs for medicinal substance and dielectric liquid designed to cool down surface of patient's body are formed by electrodes.
