FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has casing cylindrical on proximal end and heat exchanger having heat-transfer agent inlet and outlet passage. The distal part of the casing is manufactured as hollow hemisphere of ellipsoid shape separated from the heat exchanger body and connected to negative pressure device with a conductor. The heat exchanger body has canals for sucking out air on its working surface. Another embodiment of the thermoapplicator device has cylindrical casing with rounded distal end graduated proximal end and mounting bushing on the external surface and heat exchanger having heat-transfer agent inlet and outlet passage. The mounting bushing assumes setting removable perforated nozzle provided with tubes for sucking out air.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; avoided healthy tissues overheating.
