FIELD: materials handling; storage of medicines, drinks, chemicals. SUBSTANCE: container 10 with cap 20 has threaded neck for threaded cap which is opened or closed being turned through 360 degrees maximum, but preferably through 90 degrees. Thread of cap and neck has three, but preferably four starts. To hold cap in closed position, two stops are made on cap and neck and stop ribs are arranged between stops. Number of stop ribs exceeds number of stops. Portion of container adjacent to neck is made rectangular in cross section, and cap is provided with flat portion 22 for gripping. Arrangement and make of thread, stops and stop ribs provide, with cap closed, parallelism of flat portion 22 to one of flat sides of container with rectangular cross section.
