FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this can be used for erection of subsurface structures in permafrost regions. According to method, basin of required dimensions is initially excavated, then internal shuttering is installed. External shuttering is represented by walls of basin. After that basin is layer by layer filled with water which is frozen, thus creating monolithic ice. After basin is filled with ice it is covered with earlier excavated ground. Depth of ground layer is at least 1.5 of depth of ice course. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 dwg
