Supporting beam has lower supporting member and upper load-bearing member with flat surface for sliding which allows concrete levelling device to slide over aforesaid flat surface. Beam has two stable longitudinal side walls which limit concreting space. At least one of these side walls is provided with holes intended for passing liquid concrete mix into concreting space.
