FIELD: drilling equipment, drill is preferably used in metal-working operations. SUBSTANCE: drill intended for drilling metals has holders in its face part. There are 3, 5 or 7 holders, which carry cutting strips. Peripheral holder carries peripheral cutting strip. This peripheral holder is secured in drill body by means of locking screw which is accommodated in slot provided in drilling head. Wedge is provided radially and internally away from peripheral holder. Wedge can be axially moved and thus it can be used for adjustment of radial position of peripheral holder and cutting strip, and consequently for adjustment of cutting diameter. After achieving required adjustment as to radius, peripheral cutting strip is fastened by means of locking screw. The embodiment of drill allows for reliable, simple, and accurate adjustment of cutting diameter. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 cl, 7 dwg
