FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this is used in construction of gas-condensate and oil wells. Method reduces fouling of reservoir being opened, cuts construction period and consumption of chemical reagents, clay, weighting material, water, heat, energy. According to method, string of pump-compressor pipes is lowered into cemented producing string filled with forcing-through liquid. Well-head flow equipment is installed and connected with manifold. Well head is hermetically sealed. Forcing-through liquid is replaced with water. Lubricator is installed on buffer of flow equipment. Well head is pressure tested by delivering compressed air from compressor into annular space. Then compressed air is additionally compressed by water which is injected into tubular passage by means of pumping unit. After pressure-testing of well head, lubricator is subjected to pressure testing. For this purpose inner space of lubricator is connected to tubular passage. On completion of lubricator pressure-testing, tubular passage is closed. Then compressed air from annular space is directed into tubular passage through manifold of flow equipment. Surplus pressure of compressed air is reduced by releasing air to atmosphere. After that, tubular passage and annular space are isolated from each other. Perforators are lowered into producing string through lubricator and pump-compressor pipe string. Producing string is perforated and perforators are lifted to well head. Operation of well is started from gradual reduction of surplus pressure in annular space by connecting to atmosphere. Then annular space is closed and started is smooth reduction of surplus pressure in tubular passage by opening it to atmosphere. Upon above procedure, well is air blown through tubular passage for complete cleaning of bottom-hole zone. Then investigation of well is initiated. EFFECT: high efficiency. 3 cl
