FIELD: cryogenic engineering; oxygen supply to electrochemical generators of power plants based on hydrogen-oxygen fuel elements and meant for operation in submarines. SUBSTANCE: device has heat-insulated tank for oxygen storage with internal heater and feeding piping, heat exchanger-gasifier, pressure controller, shut-off valves, and measuring and control system. Newly introduced in device are two receivers with level gages and pressure sensors. Receivers are placed below tank bottom. Gas space of each receiver communicates through shut-off valve with gas space of tank and through other shut-off valve, with feeding piping upstream of heat exchanger-gasifier; outlet of each receiver on liquid side is connected to feeding piping downstream of shut-off valve; another shut-off valve is installed between this joint and heat exchanger-gasifier. Gas space of tank is joined through shut-off valve with feeding piping upstream of heat exchanger-gasifier. EFFECT: minimized time of device preparation for supplying oxygen to electrochemical generator of power plant; wasteless transport of oxygen to consumer; reduced auxiliary power requirement. 1 dwg
