FIELD: cryogenic engineering; delivery of oxygen and hydrogen stored at cryogenic temperatures to electrochemical generator of power plant on basis of hydrogen-oxygen propellant components for submarines. SUBSTANCE: device includes heat-insulated inner envelope enclosed in vacuum-tight outer envelope, heat release source, filling and draining pipe lines, shut-off fittings and control equipment. Cavity of inner envelope is provided with hermetic load-bearing partition dividing this cavity into main cavity and starting cavity. Each cavity is provided with heat release source, filling and Draining pipe lines with shut-off valves and control equipment. Similar pipe lines are combined after shut-off valves. Surface of above-mentioned partition is provided with heat insulation on side of main cavity; heat insulation is made from porous material with open pores. Volume of starting cavity is determined from special expression. EFFECT: compactness of device; minimum time of preparation for delivery of cryogenic products to consumer in preset before-start range of pressures; considerable reduction of power requirements for maintenance of required pressure in course of delivery of cryogenic products. 1 dwg
