FIELD: cryogenic technology, storage of cryogenic liquids in vessel with open drain under conditions of decreased gravitation. SUBSTANCE: vessel to store cryogenic liquid has heat insulation internal jacket anchored on supports in vacuum-tight external jacket and pipe-lines for feeding and drain. Perforated tip manufactured from material not wetted by cryogenic liquid and positioned in zone of anchoring of one of supports is installed in space of internal jacket of vessel in intake end of drain pipe-line. Summary area of perforation of mentioned tip is not less than area of flow section of drain pipe-line. Cylindrical spacers fabricated from material not wetted by cryogenic liquid which diameter exceeds that of mentioned drain pipe-line are put at point of outlet of drain pipe-line from space of internal jacket and between internal and external jackets. EFFECT: prevention of leakage of cryogenic liquid from vessel under action of forces of surface tension while it is stored in vessel with open drain under conditions of decreased gravitation. 1 dwg
