FIELD: examination and analysis of materials. SUBSTANCE: gas generator has voltage source, solid-electrolyte sensitive element with electrodes and heater connected to temperature controller output, amplifier, indication unit, and multiplexer. Generator is provided with two adders, division unit, memory unit, control unit, and linearization unit. Voltage source consists of DC voltage source and generator. Thin- film gas-sensitive layer of sensitive element is manufactured of solid solution based on lanthanum trifluoride alloyed with strontium difluoride of 4.35-9.64 mol percent concentration. Thickness of gas-sensitive layer is 0.12-0.72 mcm. EFFECT: improved results of analysis. 5 cl, 1 dwg
