FIELD: examination and analysis of materials. SUBSTANCE: generator has current source the output of which is connected to power supply input of effusion cell. Effusion cell is made as polycrystal or monocrystal solid-electrolyte ion-conducting member of lanthanum trifluoride alloyed with strontium difluoride with platinum anode and cathode in the form of silver wire immersed in water solution of sodium fluoride and ammonia fluoride.
