FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: method involves examination of patient blood lymphocytes in reaction of macrophage inhibition. Lymphokin-containing liquid is incubated with macrophages from peritoneal exudate of laboratory animal in glass tube. Lymphocyte sensibilization is evaluated by macrophage sticking inhibition degree to glass. An alimentary allergy is diagnosed at difference of nonstick macrophages 16% and above. EFFECT: improved method of diagnosis.
